Today I have completed Poetry Slam for SLJ (Summer Learning Journey), this was fun to do AND it was easy as, all I had to do was insert a photo, write down my favourite Noun, Adjective, Verb and Adverb words.

Today I have done a presentation about answering questions about the Jesse Tree, basically the Jesse Tree is to help people prepare for the coming of Jesus by marking off the days leading up to Christmas what you do is put symbols of a Bible Story to show we are getting closer.

Today the Year 5's in my class had to do another fitness thing, how we had to do this one is to get a dice, then we split into 2 groups of 3's and 4's my group was Solomon and Isitolo, whenever we rolled the dice it signified what exercise we had to do, the number we didn't want was a 6 but we rolled 6 three times the game would stop when all of our rolls added up to 25and Here are some photos.

Today for the start of Advent I did an activity Slides on Advent, the only thing we had to do is to match the words with what makes sense, some of them were, In the Liturgical year we are coming to the end of - Ordinary Time another one was, We are moving into the season of - Advent, I also did a DLO, and I will show you the Liturgical Calendar here it is.
This week I finished my Elephant in the Room Chapters 3-4, the hardest one I found is to draw something infinitesimal, because I didn't know what to draw but then after I finished doing all the meanings I thought of small rocks, now i'm moving on to 5-6. Here is my slides.
This week me and my partner (Xavier) did an activity on recording ourselves doing Tuck Jumps, after we did it we made a graph on who did more Tuck Jumps, I did 8 and Xavier did 7, we will be doing this until next week (Wednesday 1st of December), here is the video of us doing the tuck jumps and how to do Tuck Jumps.
Today I did my Elephant in the Room, I was supposed to blog this last week, but I didn't like my Tapestry art so I redid it, this was not hard at all, the longest one it took me to do was the information about Tapestry, this is my activity.
Today I did another prototec, but this time I was only focusing on my Division, I nearly got a perfect 9/9 score but instead I got a 7/9 which is not bad, and now my other goal is to focus on my Find Dividend/Divisor because I didn't know it.
Today before class begun, we had to do prototec and we set a 5 minute timer, but my timer didn't work, this was kinda easy and my goal is to keep on working hard till I move up a level.
Yesterday for Health and PE, some of my class and I went out to the court to draw chalks of ourselves. This activity was celebrating me, so what we had to do was get a partner and draw an outline of them, my partner was Aston, after we drew each other we had to put in 7 words we did well during lockdown. Some of mine were Sport, Food and Cook.
Today I did Cybersmart 20, this was about commenting on a classmates docs, I commented on Lisiates Recount writing.
Today I came back to school on the 17th of November, the first thing we did was hear a welcome speech from Mr. Mailei.
We listened to a song named, "Together as One," by Andrew Chinn after we did some activitys on Friends not the tv show, and we did another activity on a Scripture reading then we ended on the song named "Psalm Blessing." Also by Andrew Chinn.
Today I finished another cybersmart, this one was about being ready for google meet, on the last slide I didn't have a photo of me on Google Meet so I just took a photo of me in class.
Today I did Converting Decimals to Fractions, this was kinda hard but easy at the same time, this was fun to do and kinda long but still fun, here it is.
Today I did 3 word problems, these were very easy and again I was just focusing on the Percentage because thats all the math we are learning this term.

Today I have done my goals for this new term, and I had to really think about Question 5 because I didn't understand it at first but I did at the end, and here is my goals.
Today I did a reflection on The Birth of the Mother of God, this wasn't hard, like at all but there was a quiz too and I got 70 percent on the quiz, there were only 10 questions.
Today I blogged a little slide about Zealandia, but the main question was What defines a continent, and also we got the questions Why is Zealandia a continent? and What is Zealandia? here is my slides.
Yesterday we were learning about the Gondwana Land and we did some research on slides, we also had to work in groups for this activity, and my group was Sione, Lisiate and Xavier, here is it.
Today I finished my slides about What is Earth Science?, this wasn't hard and it was easy, hard because one of our group members took a long time to finish, this was completed last week but we blogged it now, here is our slides and the video we watched to get the info, my group members were, Sani, Taniela, Alfonsus, Briana and I, we all did 2 slides each.
Today I did a comparison between the 1964 Paralympics and the 2020 Paralympics, and this wasn't hard.
Today I did a drawing about facts about Japan and these facts are interesting, but before we did that did you know that the Paralympics started last night 24th of August 2021, and so we are doing an activity, about Paralympics, but not about it. we also learned about the concept about the Olympic, I picked Inspiration. Today I did another activity with the a partner and it was Taniela again but it was a different subject, the subject was inquiry and we had to make a graffiti page about everything you think Earth Science might include, this wasn't hard it was just a graffiti page and this was really easy. Here it is I think we did good.

On Friday the TWP 6 & 4 people did a presentation about our amazing plants, half of us did Pacific Plants and the other half did Native Plants, I was in Native plants, we were put into separate groups, my group was Pauline, Kalisi and Elijah and we did a presentation on the Kawakawa tree in a Poem form.
My poem was The Fruit of the Kawakawa ripens to be Orange and Yellow, it is clustered on a central stem and healthier than a marshmallow, it takes 1-5 months for the seeds to germinate, the birds who eat it that its first rate and the Fruit of the Kawakawa is supposed to look narrow, there also trees like the Kauri Tree, Puriri Tree, Hiapo Kava from the Pacific and others, also Dr. Jannie Van Hees (From Tahuna Torea) came to watch us.
Today for mass we celebrated to Feast of Transfiguration, and then we did a DLO about The Feast of Transfiguration, Moses and Elijah, Calvary Disciples and Jesus on a google drawing and it was easy.
What does transfiguration mean?

Means something that comes from a higher power

Today I did another current events activity and this one was about Samoa Impasse Ends, this was kind of hard but most of it was easy. Here is my activity.

Today Twp 4 did another article and this article is called best cities, this was not hard at all and did you know that Auckland is home to over 50 volcanoes and Auckland is home to the world's largest Polynesian population. But here is my activity.
The main people in this article are millions of tourists, and French builders. The key event from this article is about the Statue of liberty and the sky tower, it is about two tall buildings and the best cities to go to. This event took place in America and New Zealand. This event took place in 1832 and 1923, the Europeans sailed to New Zealand in the year of 1642.
This article is about two cities that are amazing in that country. The main person in this article is French builder because so many people, because they are tourists, they also try to be expert in the two buildings in those cities, those two buildings are the Sky Tower and the Statue of Liberty.

Today I did another article, this article is about the different types of butterflies but the butterfly they were focusing on the most was the Glasswing butterfly. Did you know that Mexico is the home to the world's largest pyramid the Quetzalcóatl Pyramid, here is my Activity.
The main group in this article are a team of researchers from an American University. The key event in this article is a butterfly that has glass wings (Glasswing Butterfly). This event took place in Colombia where the Glasswing Butterfly lives they also live in South America, the Central American countries of Mexico. This event took place on the 17th of July 2021.
This story is about the different types of butterflies but the one that the story was focusing on the most was the Glasswing-Butterfly, there are 10,00 butterfly species a lot of them have brightly coloured wings, but did you know that moths have more species, only a but of butterflies have transparent wings so then a team of researchers from a American University decided to study about the Glasswing butterfly.

The main people are a group of researchers who work at a New Zealand university. The key event from this news article is about Eusocial plants and Eusocial insects. This event took place on Lord Howe island (an island in Australia). This event took place on the 17th June 2021

Today for maths I have done prototec Stage 5 Timed, something that I have done differently is that I learnt from my last one my dividing but I still got some wrong because I hesitated, I am improving but something I would want to do faster is that I keep on hesitating but I am kind of improving.
